Hello all,

Just planning a treatment in the clubhouse, roughly how long before a flight do they normally call you from the clubhouse to get on board?

About 50mins before departure in my experience. (Edited to add: although it can vary depending on how far away you are from the gate, and whether it's a particularly full flight. Sometimes they can leave it until 20mins, if the wind is blowing in the right direction)

You tend to find that when you phone the clubhouse to book your treatment, they will ask for you flight number and only give you an appointment that fits in before the flight is likely to be called, and therefore means you won't feel rushed during it.

When I was in the Clubhouse in January there was a problem with my appointment (they had entered it into the wrong date) and while we were chatting and sorting it out they informed me that there was a time for the last appointment for each flight. They are not allowed to book any passengers after that time. IIRC it was 12:45 for the VS46. That is one of the reasons why they ask you the flight number on the form to fill in on the VS website. If you request a time after the close off appointment they will not accept it and give you an alternative time
