Make sure you keep a copy of your pre-order form as for the last few of my Retail Therapy orders no miles appeared on my account and not having any proof as the crew take your order form off you when you collect the items on-board so I am not able to make a claim either [:#] [n]
TBH I've not been over-impressed with Retail Therapy in the last few months. On 2 seperate occasions they have pestered me if I want to order more when phoneing to order (for example ordering the same goods for the return flight) and to make matters worse as previously mentioned, the miles never showed up despite my FC # being on the order [n]

Thanks all but I'm now more concerned than I was before as I haven't been sent anything by Retail Therapy (like a pre-order form) and it sounds as if I should? They only seem to operate from 9-5ish which is a pain too.
