About a month ago, I got a call from VS to tell me about a change of (outbound)flight time. Only by about 15 mins, so not really a problem. A couple of weeks later, another call, to say that my inbound flight time has changed by 15 mins. The caller also said that a new itinerary would be issued - but this hasn't happened..
I could chase them, but is this necessary? Can anyone confirm that my original e-ticket is fine and does not need to be altered? I had a similar situation last year when a flight time was changed and I didn't get an updated itinerary then - I wouldn't be asking now, but for the fact that the member of staff said one would be issued.
I also am puzzled as to why they called my land line - several times, leaving messages - whenthey have my mobile number and have contacted me that way before....
