I sent another chasing email to Virgin Wines on Friday referencing all the other email contact I had with whom and when and got this response on Sunday:
'I have checked your account and can see that you had been added to the
spreadsheet. The spreadsheet had been processed at the beginning of April
and take up to a month to be credited. If you don't receive these credits by
the end of the first week of May you will have to take it up with Virgin
Atlantic as we have done everything we can for you.'
Then I checked yesterday and I had 6,000 miles credited so I am now where I should be! This has been created so much pain that I hope they have learnt from it. They should have realised that the people who would pay that much for 'OK' wine are the miles whores like us who will definitely be keeping an eye on our FC accounts.
