I used it in March and liked it very much. There is the usual dining area as well as seating area with couches and small tables and in the centre the seating is small upholstered chairs in twos with a floor cushion in front of them. A bar is at the far end and there is a small mezzanine floor where the business centre is situated. There is a full menu as well as snacks and showers are available also.

In short, everything you would get in an overseas Clubhouse

Hi David,

I've used it a few years ago - there are some pictures of it in the Gallery here.

The service was really good, and efficient - it didn't get that busy at all they day I was there. The food was probably one of the best meals I have had in any Ch or Airport Lounge. You can sit down the end of the lounge and watch them cook your food for you. There is a bar you can sit at too. The Office/Work area is on a mezzanine level and has a few terminals for you to use.

Thanks,
Richard

Thanks guys. Very useful.

Is there any priority security at JNB for Au card holders?

I presume you mean something along the lines of Fast Track? In that case, no, I'm sorry but there isn't. You go through security and Passport control but the lines are well managed and as far as I can remember the whole process took no more than 5-10 minutes

Thanks honey lamb. Why is it that BAA screw up everyone's flying experience with how they deal with screening passengers?? Every airport I've been to outside the UK i far better at at dealign with it! Stansted's ok I suppose. Anyhow, I'll be using the VS security channel so no worries this time!!
