Have just seen this on the VS website...

Link to VS site.

Surely a mistake? Clearly J2000 seats (when G-VSUN returns very soon with UCS fitted) and only a single seat in the middle of the cabin. Also, only 10 UC seats in total - less than on a LGW/MAN aircraft.

Very odd.

Edit to shorten link.........Nick

Hmmmmm [:?]

My guess would be that's the A343 that's going to be covering LGW/MAN flights next year judging by the number of Y seats [:?]

My other guess would be a short-term lease so wont have VS cabins. Notice that the PE section is only 2-2-2 and not 2-3-2 as well.

That's strange, we (the majority of VS employees) have no idea what is heading our way from Etihad, but that would sit with this aircraft being in a Leisure config. More info from VS may come in the very near future, that and the entire layout is different to our other A343 (IE Galley positions etc.)

Well if this config is correct & not a mistake, there are going to be 10 very p*ssed off UC pax on each flight - they will clearly be getting a product that is well below UCS standard.

PE pax may be happy, as they might just get a bit more room due to the 2-2-2 config.

As this A343 is going into service from next April with VS, it's going to start showing up in peoples bookings very soon (the 11 month thing), which would explain why it's on the VS website now.
