Anyone know the best email address to use to commend a member of crew for service way beyond the call of duty? We had such unexpectedly good service from the flight services manager on our return this week that I'd like to make sure his work doesn't go unnoticed. We did thank him at the time, but would also like Virgin to know what a star they have. I thought about writing to the generic customer services email, but think that might just get lost in the general stuff - we all know how long anything directed to that address can take to get through.
