Help - Left out in the cold

I've emailed [email protected] and [email protected] days ago and not gotten any reply or fix to my account. Is no one monitoring these accounts or have my mails been zapped by some evil SPAM filter???

I've been locked out like some sort of outcast.

Whatever happened with the change of subscriptions (Pete to Web Editors), mine has gotten lost in the post or something. I renewed on time but to a new subscription in PayPal because the old one failed for no apparent reason.
