I was rather annoyed at the excuse given on my flight earlier this week (5th October), that why the same films from September were still being shown and this was just shrugged off by saying the engineers hadn't had time to change them yet? Surely they know when the beginning of the month is each time? [:I]

Also how hard is it really to change it to what is advertised? [n]

Anyone else experienced this? Not like it was the 1st of the Month!
I wasn't that concerned it was just the attitude and excuse given that seemed really poor!

Yes, this happened to me a few months ago, 3rd May I think. To add to the confusion the Seatback guide was the new one. It took me a little while to figure out that after one or two cocktails in the Clubhouse! Searched in vain for the film I wanted to watch...

It does take time to update the movie/entertainment, no different to installing software on your PC. Depending on fleet use the ground time must not have been available.
