Has anyone else had problems sumbitting feedback to VS via the feedback forms on their website lately?

I've just tried to submit feedback via both the form you can access when signed into your Flying Club account & also the one on the Customer Relations page when not signed into FC (you have to enter all your details here).

Both forms will not accept my feedback claiming that I am not submitting the free-text part of the form in English. Err, I am and Word has not picked up any spelling errors on the text either. Even if I remove the only remotely foreign text ('Pret a Manger' - yes, I am complaining about the UC food) it still won't accept the feedback.

Is it just me or have others had problems too? If I can't get it to work tomorrow, I'll have to resort to a letter to Customer Relations.

Just send an email to [email protected] for customer relations issues (this email address can be found on the VS website)

James - thanks for that email address (& yes, I missed it on the VS website). I've sent them an email - in English - which I assume will be dealt with in the UK as it relates to an Upper Class flight. I look forward to the reply from an 'Executive assistant to SRB'.
