Greetings all,
A couple of questions. Firstly, are all of the LGW/MAN 744's fitted with the extra legroom seats at the rear of the A/C- rows 61-64 A&C and H&K or just some of them?

Secondly, once you have completed OLCI, are you committed to the seats you choose (sorry, request[:D]) or do you still have scope at check in to upgrade to exit rows, PE etc?

Thanks in advance and best wishes for 2009[y]

Hi NOC

The 'extra leg room' seats are now fitted on the following planes: -

G-VROS (English Rose)
G-VGAL (Jersey Girl)
G-VLIP (Hot Lips)
G-VROM (Barbarella)
G-VROY (Pretty Woman)

On the above five planes, they are in rows 50 51 53 & 54

G-VTOP (Virginia Plain)
G-VAST (Ladybird)
G-VXLG (Ruby Tuesday)

The above three have them fitted in rows 22 31 32 62 & 63

The seats are sold at check in, but will also be sold on board, so there should be no problem buying them after OLCI. I believe the prices are £30 ex-UK and $50 ex USA / Caribbean.

I assume that, because they can be sold on board, they won't allow a free for all, with passengers diving into the unsold seats.

I assume it will be like on Virgin America when one couple dived into the Premium seats in row 3 and were then sent back to their original seats with a flea in their ear
