Virgin on amazing

I will do a trip report soon but just wanted to let everyone know I am back from my Miami - Key West - Orlando vacation.

The Virgin clubhouse and each and every member of the cabin crew both out of Heathrow to Miami and out of Orlando to Manchester were AMAZINGINGLY FANTASTICALLY FAULTLESS.

Excellent news EGG, really looking forward to your TR's. Thankfully for Virgin you showed them some loyalty after the terrible treatment they showed you last time and more thankfully for you VS have this time delivered what they should on every flight.

It's so good to hear positive feedback and proves that whilst Virgin do get it wrong , they still can offer that amazing experience that set them apart from the competition originally. Neil is right, all passengers should leave a flight with this level of satisfaction.

We flew LHR-MIA (to visit friends in The Keys) recently & again very good.
Will post a TR when a little gremlin that is lurking has definately disappeared. I don't want to post a TR & not actually be able to get it posted.
