Hi,

Has anyone managed to book a hire car to/from SFO using the VA website? Every time I select SFO then the terms and conditions the Your Search box on the following page does populate the pickup and drop-off fields (selecting any other airport does). If you ignore this and select a car and go to the next page it states that there has been a problem.

Question is if I ring VH, as it suggests if there any problems, would I still get the 3 miles per pound bonus?

I raised it a while ago and so far had no reply about SFO problems. LAS worked fine so it look like a local problem.

I have also raised the triple miles point as the further you go, it becomes double miles and my booking shows it as double too.

I had that. I rang Virgin Atlantic and they put me through to the premier team (we are flying UC). They sorted out the car hire and honoured the website price (it was coming up different on their screens). However they could not sort out the double miles(as it was). I've shunted around a fair bit and still haven't got it sorted.
