Baggage Allowances

Thought this may be of interest - it's in link below the section where I would normally select my seats concerning baggage allowances on this trip to BGI:

Adult/Child checked in baggage allowance
Two pieces of luggage per passenger, each weighing up to 32kg (70lbs). When added together, the three dimensions of any piece of luggage must not exceed 158cm (62in). [/b]


If I were to print this page off, do you think I could get away with the extra luggage?

If you're not in UC/PE I personally wouldn't risk it.Excess baggage costs can be prohibitive.

Sorry, but I don't see what you mean. That is the standard allowance for Econ/PE to the Caribbean.

econ is 2 * 23

PE is 2 * 32

UC is 3 * 32

My final travel documents arrived and they state the baggage allowance is 23KG per person. The website suggests 23KG x 2 per person.

Which is correct?

PE baggage, is 2 x 32kg, not 2 x 23kg.

I believe the OP has just upgraded to PE, so it means his travel documents are correct.

'As above' shuold have made it clear that I had made a typo.

If you read other related postings about travel documents being sent out it is clear they are invaribly incorrect in PE and UC baggage allowance - as the OP IS IN PE then they should be correct regardless of when the upgrade went through.
