M + M seat to LAS Mar 2010

Hi all.

Been waiting patiently for the 330 day rule to 'expire' so I can book seats to LAS next March. Whilst fares have been released, I have been unable to get any prices for M + M fares in any class at all (looking at PE incidentally). Seats have been released for this period for LAX and SFO but not LAS.

Is this because the there are a limited number of seats due to the popularity of the route and does anybody know when the M + M seats on this route tend to get released? I note that sometimes the booking engine offers a routeing via SFO which doesn't bother me, I just want to get something booked!!

It all depends, any type of reward seat is tough to get on the LAS route, and quite often both straight rewards and M+M seats are not released straight away. Of course, there is a chance that no M+M seats at all will be released but all you can really do is either keep checking online, or give FC a call and they will be able to check all dates to see if/when any are available, unfortunately there is no set pattern to as or when these seats are released.

Like you said, routing via SFO is an option, so do check this, the PE section is slightly larger on the the LHR 747's so that might mean so rewards/M+M seats become available, plus of course you would get the new leather PE seats and V-Port. Flights from SFO to LAS are very good through Virgin America.
