We will be travelling to HKG on a Z ticket and some friends will be on the same flight, travelling in Economy. As we'll be Z can we still invite them into the Clubhouse with us - if so how does this work?

We'll probably be at the terminal long before them, so can they call us and we can meet them at the entrance? Or do we need to all go in together.

Yes, if you are in Upper you can take in one guest. Just head to the Clubhouse and show your boarding passes. The lounge are vey used to guest access. You will need to accompany your guests into the lounge.

Thanks,
Sarah

Yes, any pax with an UC ticket can take one guest each in to the CH (as long as they are on a VS flight that day also). You do not have to go in at the same time, just get them to call you when they are there and you will be able to sign them in at the reception.

You can invite one guest per UC pax - i.e. if there are two of you flying upper then you can take 2 guests in (children do count as a guest to)

Thanks for that. Looks like we will make their stay at T3 much nicer then.

Hi
Yes confirm all of the above! We just took two into the lounge at MCO, one per UC ticket.

That reminds me of a question I had - if you're travelling in UC, can you take a non-UC guest into the UC check-in queue and through the private security channel?

That should be fine as long as they check in at the same time as you.

It is fine as long as you all check in together, they will check you all into whichever cabin you are booked.

Thanks Dominic
