UC summer menu

hi all from so cal
will be flying next month LAX-LHR UC VS8 13 June

any ideas on what the menu will be?

The UC menu is due to change at the beginning of June so we won't have any idea till then

I'm outbound on 6th June and inbound on 9th so I can post it up if nobody beats me to it!
