Can I call the FVC to get my discount taken off or do I do I need to call VH ( please let it be FVC - LOL)

Yes you can

Any further issues you may have with your booking can also be done using the FVC VH number (which incidently is now where you get put through to if you call VH using the Au FC VH number)
