Where are the seat ratings?

Obviously missed these somewhere, but where are they?

For my next flight, would like to see what's what seat wise before I try to pick a decent one.
Also, does this cover window positions? May sound strange but having flown my last couple of flights in economy, depending on where you sit gets you 1 or 2 windows in slight difference places i.e. seat 44a has one window slight behind you and 1 slight in front of you; 42a? has a window more to your side if I remember correctly.
