On a lighter note seeing as it's Friday

Just reserved seats for my wife and I on VS009 outbound and VS010 inbound at the end of Nov (short break for my Birthday [y]).

Checked the 'what aircraft will I be on' tool to see % odds per flight:

VS009 343 = 7% 346 = 88% 747 = 5% Chances of V:Port = 92% :D
VS010 343 = 6% 346 = 90% 747 = 4% Chances of V:Port = 93% :D

Doubled back to the Virgin site to reserve seats

VS009 got 59H + 59K
VS010 got 57A + 57C

Then it hit me.... The seat maps for both flights show a 343 layout
so it looks like GVAIR or GVELD for us > Both with Odyssey (which is OK, but am still waiting to exp V:Port)

Take this a step further:

Last March I took the family over to California
VS007 outbound > Had GVXLG Ruby Tuesday
VS020 inbound > Had GVAST Ladybird

Both Odyssey [:?]

We are back to California next July and have just reserved seats on
the Virgin Atlantic site.
VS007 > shows a 346 seat plan SO V:PORT at last :D:D:D
Booked seats 55A 55C 56A 56C for all of us

Flying back in on VS044 from Vegas to Gatwick (we have a lift back home so diff airport inbound doesn't cause an issue)
Seats reserved 62A 62C 63A 63C

Talk about jinxed, 6 flights and only 1 V:port experience (and I have to wait 9 more months for that LOL)

I will post any more flights I book with Virgin so the good people on this site can avoid them as they are bound to be on aircraft without V:Port given with my track record to date

As a footnote, I still think the Odyssey system is as good, if not better than most other airlines IFE, just dying to try out V:Port

Have a good weekend all!
