Virgin have reduced fuel surcharge

i heard on the radio yesterday that vergin have announced that they have reduced the fuel surcharge on there long haul flights. Does that mean I can claim a refund as I paid for 2 flights to LAS when the charge was at it's highest. BTW, have you seent he sale price of the UC packages just anounced, worth taking a trip to LA just to try the experience:D
