Hi all,
A few months ago I wrote about how I obtained a set of VS seats off of eBay. Sadly, one of the seat covers was missing, but through some wonderful folks at VS Engineering and at JFK, I was able to obtain the registration of the bird they came from (G-VBIG) and not only a seat cover, but four extras! This was above and beyond and the call of VS, but this is clearly what separates VS from all other airlines.

If you know any of the people involved in this, do let them know how much I appreciate this (they've already gotten numerous thanks from me).

And last, for your amusement, here is a picture of the complete seats: http://community.webshots.com/photo/441 ... 7332lADFwI

Bravo, Virgin! Bravo! [oo]
