UC Flights to India in Feb

I know this is a little early - but I have just found out I will be returning to India in Feb '06 (another 4 UC flights ). Until now I have not experienced the joy of the UCS. Now I am not complaining about the J2000, but I would really really *really* like to get the UCS on my next leg.

Does anyone have any inside information about which service (Mumbai or Delhi) is likely to be operating the UCS first? I know that all the old Airbus aircraft are meant to be refitted by the end of Dec, however I am trying to plan in the event of an overrun [}:)]

According to the CSM on my return flight from Mumbai last Saturday (19th), the Mumbai route will have UCS from Dec 1st. Mind you, when I booked these flights, they were showing as UCS, but both turned out to be J2000.

I just spoke to a very nice lady from Virgin who said that Mumbai will have it and Delhi won't. Looks like I am going via Mumbai!:)

She also told be that Gold Card holders in U/C get 50Kg baggage allowance - EXCELLENT![^]
