The great news is that Virgin are reckoned third by Zagat reviewers (me included) after Singapore and Cathay ... and above Emirates. Then second overall for comfort alongside the airlines with good first class offerings, though the review itself downgrades the economy experience and even mentions the Web site problems reported here.
Main other review news is that generally all airlines are worse!
