Flights to Orlando today

Anyone know why both today's flights from Gatwick to Orlando are delayed? A friend of mine is due to travel on the 13.00 flight, now delayed until 17.00. The VS site shows delays to both that and the earlier flight, but no explanations as to why... But someone here might know?????

Most likely delayed in ound aircraft or a tech issue.

That was my first thought, but unusual for both to be delayed????

VS28 is still in the air.
When we came in on Monday we landed at 7.30 so that's one delay.
Possibly due to weather at Orlando if both were delayed.
Just checked VS16 and that left Orlando 3.18 local time so it's only been going a couple of hours.

2 hours on VS27 and 4 hours on VS15. Looks like the inbound VS16 is running 6 hours late. I'm thinking storms too as the BA flight is 3 hours late.

Orlando was closed for a while yesterday due to storms. One of the inbound VS flights got diverted to Jacksonville for a few hours
