New booking

Hi Everyone,

We have an existing booking from GLA ot MCO. After some thought family members have decided to come along also.

After being in chat with the Virgin helpline I tried to book them on my existing booking. As was my thoughts were a new booking was required.

Booking has now been completed with the family members names although all payments were made with my Vrgin Amex. Can I claim the miles via my flying club account?

No, only you will earn miles for your flight others on the same booking will not get credited to your account

You will get the spend miles for the CC payment.

Do your family members have FC accounts? If not set them up using the 'miles for friend' link and you'll both get a couple thousand miles bonus once you have flown.

BTW it is simply not possible to add new passengers or flights to an existing booking.
