man T2 lounges escape or swislounge

which lounge does the best food? flying in august and wanting to grab a bite to eat before we fly. so thought we use the amex free lounge passes.

which one would you use?? (we have kids and won't be drinking yet)

Escape lounge has just had a big refurb and is getting good reviews, so I'd probably give that a go.

When it comes to actual food, I'd not rely on any priority pass lounges. I think the Upper one (is it escape?) had toast and cereal when I was there 2012. One of the east midlands ones had actual hot pies last year, but most of the time its cheese bread and pickled onions... And crisps.
