New FC Rules Not On Res System?

I logged on to the website to book a flight on 3 March to EWR which, as I understand it, should be covered by the new earning rules and I get the usual

Please note that this fare does not qualify to earn Flying Club miles or tier points

I guess at £278 this is an N fare. Shouldn't I get 50% miles plus two tier points ?

Have I got it wrong or hasn't anyone told the techies of the changes yet ?

There are quite a few places within the web site that still need updating with regards the new FC rules. If you view your booking, the info at the bottom of the page regarding which fares earn miles still needs updating as well.

I had this on the weekend, F.C have advised to book your flight to ensure that you don't lose the seat/s..... Miles and Tier points will be picked up on an automated sweep after flights have been taken and once the system has been updated.....
