I am still going on what I believe I heard directly from VS Premier --which is that I don't have to start and end my trip in London. Haven't heard back yet from my SF guy, but he assures me he is "Great" on this sort of challenge.
Re South Pacific--we're having some differences of opinion on this. Raratonga seems to have called itself to the forefront as of now, although I can't imagine passing on Fiji. Horowitz has ruined Tahiti for me. Snorkeling rather than diving, beach, azure water etc etc....
