Waving from the Heathrow Clubhouse

After two long years, Mrs B and I have finally set foot on VS Ground

Drive thru check in was a breeze this morning and the service in the Clubhouse has been nothing short of stellar

Met with a former manager of the Gatwick Clubhouse this morning and it is evident she has worked hard with the team here so there is no longer “cloaks of invisibility” handed out at the door

Wish us luck with the on board service

Good to hear everything has been smooth so far --- I never felt invisble in the clubhouse so any further "improvement" is a real bonus
