What would you say is an acceptable call centre wait time to book a flight?
5-10 mins
15-30 mins
30-45 mins
On Friday I had a 40 minute wait time, did it make a difference as I said I was a red member!

Wait time for the Gold Line has rarely been more than instant in the last 6 months for me.
In contrast I called AF/KLM and regularly waited 45 minutes to book business class flights which I found absolutely infuriating.
Fly's a little too much.

Like you I was not happy as I was booking 3 passengers Upper Class!

I really do feel that Virgin should find a solution to allow passengers to make changes to bookings online.
Like Delta, BA, it’s so much easier to be able make a change.
Virgin is one of the very few that doesn’t allow you to make changes online. Very weird in the 21st Century
