Just had a reply from Shops Away

"‘This is known issue at the moment with customers logging into the Shops away site since we transferred over to Loops. It has been logged and we are awaiting an update.’ "

Hopefully not too long until its fixed

Have you tried using the Virgin Red site instead?

I find that works pretty well.
