I could be reading too much into it, but I wouldn't understand the logic of fitting yet another new UCS into the A330neo's. It would mean three different types of UCS in the fleet (four if the -200's ever return) and an inconsistency of the product, something that VS was finally able to standardise upon for a few years prior to the A330s first being delivered.
What VS ought to be doing is working towards standardising on the UCS seat fitted to the A350s across all new aircraft deliveries, Loft or no Loft depending on config, and fit them to the 787s when they become due for refurbishment.
