Actually, the food I had on my LHR-LAX jaunt last weekend was quite good. The menu variety is what's suffering right now, in my opinion. Interestingly, for those who enjoy lamb, there is a lamb option on the menu currently, but I don't like the sound of "lamb suet stew" -- just doesn't have an appetizing ring.

I still think a Square Pie would be perfect! You could even change the pie every two weeks so that even the really frequent pax could have some variety.

The food on VS is something that keeps coming up time and time again as an issue. It is probably one of the few areas there are consistent complaints. It really does need looking at.

I was saying to someone last weekend, Bazz, I think, that it would be a great idea to have a "special" on the menu, that maybe changes every week or two, on some sort of rotation?

It could also be the re-instatement of the missing "fourth option" for the main meal - if you remember, it used to be four choices, usually two meat, a fish and a veggie, and it dropped to three at some point.
