Hi,

I'm booked on the VS045 on the 16th March in PE and I'm slightly confused (it happens easily but...)on the VS website were i have booked my seats the plane/seat map does not match any of the ones in the guides on this site, the closest i can find is the A340-600, but the seat letters are different, and also when i check the recent route history the flight is showing abt 88% on a 747-400, can someone please offer some advice?

Hi Neil,

You're scheduled to be on a Airbus A340-600.

We know there is an issue with the PE section and rear rows of the aircraft for that particular type. Basically, where there are only 3 seats in the middle section, the seats that read "E" on the v-flyer map should read "D" - so D,F,G this case.

The issue is being worked on - we'll update you asap.

Yes, apologies for that error (now fixed). Ironically I'd sat in 61D on an A340-600 myself, only last December.
