What kind of letter/email is this then? What you were actually writing about the second time?

FVC would pass the emails on, if it was to S&O then it would get passed on also, if you let me know what your comaplaint is refferring to then i can try and shed some light.

Still go with the phone call or rec delivery though.

sammy:

Thanks for all your advice on this one. However, so as not to incur the wrath of the Mods/Admin, and in the nicest possible way, can I suggest that you read this thread from the start to get a feel for the problem[?] Thanks again:D

Anyone any idea what's happened to the posts previously on this thread from sammyhostie. I used some of them in my own replies so I know they existed.

Have they been 'pulled' by her, or one of the Mods/Admin? She appeared to be doling out some very insider-orientated advice[:w]

Umm - to my knowledge, no mod or admin has removed them. Sammyhostie may have removed them though? [:?]

Having been rumbling on since 24 Jan, it is about time this sad state of affairs was laid to rest. Received a letter today from a VH Customer Relations Manager who assures me that they did reply to my previous correspondence and said that it was 'most regrettable' that I had not received said correspondence. She then gave me her 'direct telephone number' to avail myself of her 'dedicated assistance'. Great, thinks I[y]

Today I rang this number 3 times and guess what - no reply[:(!]

Hey ho[:w]
