If your going for an exit seat make sure you don't get the A seat i.e. beside the window as they have those large bulges coming from the door giving you no leg room at all.
Because I'm tall, I too know how much it restricts those behind and I only rarely recline my seat. Which of course then means i can't see the IFE screen when the person in front thoughtlessly reclines their seat [:(!]
I quite like the door bulges, you can lay out on it almost like a suite
On a slightly related theme, do crew get upset if you take to spending long periods in the exit row jump seats as a chance to stretch your legs out whilst still being seated?
