I know this is slightly OT but I have had many cases of THIS IS THE LINE FOR 1st/BUSINESS SIR when checking in. I think it is because I am 6ft 2 and 22st with a couple of tats and short hair. Some staff are a little up them selves when it comes to who should be in premium cabins. FTR I am a had working guy who likes to spoil myself and the family.
