Unfortunately I cannot post in the trip report section BUT
I wanted to say a huge official THANK YOU to VirginBoy who was the most awesome FSM we've ever had! Also all the UC were fantastic and really looked after us.
We had a fantastic holiday and you just made the start of it great. Even a couple of hours delay on the tarmac due to a fuel valve could not dampen our moods [:p]
Our sleep suits were on our seats waiting for us (now THATS what I call service [;)]) and we did not once have to ask for a thing. Like I said we were constantly check on and made sure we were ok.
We only hope we get the pleasure of flying with you again [:D]

Honestly VirginBoy is an absolute credit to Virgin. I also followed up with a letter of my highest appreciation for him (and his crew) to Virgin. It been a long time since we've experienced such outstanding service and attention and made to feel so special.
I recognise that I am quick to complain at times so I try as much to compensate by registering my thanks for a fantastic crew when we get them.
As an aside the Chicken Tikka was so yummy I wish they would just permently leave that on the menu!

Ah thanks Nemmie that's really sweet of you! All the crew in J said what lovely passengers you were, and it was really nice spending time chatting to you. I hope you both had a fantastic holiday and look forward to seeing you on board again soon.
And guess what I've just arrived in MCO again - only a 3 hr delay today lol!

So nice to read a story with a happy ending, hope the current Mr Nemmie [:D] gets better quickly, and glad evertything went well.

Who knows maybe one day my FSM will be as great as virginboy747 who is obviously a credit to the company [y]
