when we go to orlando we always stay the arrival night at the Hyatt as we think its safer than taking on a hire car when tired.

if they move to sandford, frankly i dont think it will do them any favours, virgin are supposed to be a cut above the 'normal' orlando crowd, my view is,if they move - to me - it would appear that they are lowering the bar re services/standards offered.

and....if they do move to sandford, well, may as well fly with thomson in their premium cabin with upgrades from 99. we only drive to LGW for prem seats - staying the night at the Hilton before flying then at the Hyatt on landing. If they fly sandford, cant see the reason to do this journey anymore, may as well go from any midland airport with a thomson upgrade.

maybe we should all send in a pertition that we want orlando flights to still go into orlando, we dont want to be with the thomson, thomas cook, airtours lot etc etc.

Welcome to V-Flyer, gravitating south.

The posts just above your by virginboy747 and JoeyVS are both made by Vrig staffers - they say that the rumour was just that - and Virgin currently have no plans to move from MCO to SANFORD.

Maybe it is time to lock this thread? [;)]
