I dont worry about it really, and prehaps i should.

Most of us ladies who are on the contraceptive pill are already at risk of Thrombosis, so add regular flying onto that and it is something not to be ignored.

Im terrible, i get caught up in a film, and then dinner arrives, etc, and i find that i havent moved for ages, if i didnt have such a weak bladder i would probably hardly get out of my seat.

I do try and wiggle my toes/feet when watching a film, and a walk from front to back of Y and back up to PE is great exercise also.

Like csparker, I have a genetic 'issue' with my blood and with other complications mean that I have to inject myself with a blood thinning agent 2hr before departure. A couple of G&Ts in the clubhouse gives me the courage to do this! Plenty of water on the flight, compression stockings and frequent walks to the tail means that I can continue to enjoy the pleasures of flying.

cheers
