Well for the 3rd time I have tried to use OLCI and for the 3rd time I have been told I cannot use the OLCI at this time and to check in at the Airport as usual.

Paul

Software update for API updating has been blamed.

I checked my parents in for VS029 (LGW) tomorrow, no problems and all confirmed.

Was a bit slow though.

Thanks,

David.

Its 50/50 for me. Its always worked, however, it has changed my seats, and left me unable to change em![:0]

It's always worked for me, but that's departing from EWR. Maybe it's different over here.

Ahh...the dreaded SSS scrawled on the boarding pass. Truly the mark of shame. It always happens to me at EWR too. I'm pretty sure it's because I don't check any bags.

But then OLCI always works so it can't be that. [:?]

There's so many reasons why OLCI might not work.

There may be a message in your booking, you need to pay a fee, your name is spelt incorrectly, your tickets haven't been issued yet, CO have formatted your booking incorrectly, you're left handed, you like marmite the list goes on.

Most of them, I believe, would have been checked by the premier team when I called them to ask them if there was any reason.
They didn't check my marmite preference though, so maybe that is it. (I love it!)

Did OLIC for my parents on Saturday 7th on VS200. System worked like a treat even did a last minute seat change. Got to the airport only 1 line for OLCI bag drop but there was only 2 people in the queue. Self service check-in was a little busy but the proper check-in line was snaking. Glad we did OLCI and will always do in the future.
