Has anyone used this before? Is it worth doing?

Is it free if you fly PE?

No its only free for UCS ticket holders or Gold Members.

Yes I have used it and its quite nice.

Never had the opportunity of using the Heathrow one which is miles better, but if you havn't used that you will be happy with the Gatwick one.

I think its possible to purchase entry through VH, but I am not sure.

Many of us on here, including myself, have used the LGW Clubhouse and i would certainly say its worth visiting - although i cant imagine a VS flight without the serenity of the Clubhouse now.

As said before, if you are Flying Club Gold or flying Upper you will have entry to the Clubhouse, or if you are booking through Virgin Holidays you can buy paid entry. See here for the link. If you are flying PE you would need paid access, or guest entry through a friend with a Gold Card/flying Upper Class.

The cost through Virgin Holidays is £35 IIRC

There are lots of photos of the LGW Clubhouse in the Gallery section of the forum.

While LGW CH is not quite as fab as LHR's its certainly worth a visit :)
