Question about this photo

I was just looking through airliners.net and found this pic.

Was this taken before T4 at JFK was ready or where they in the process of moving to T4 at this time. I can remember using T4 in the summer of 04

Well VS moved from T1 to T4 at JFK in February 2004.

Second that - I took a flight into T1 and out of T4, via the Aer Lingus lounge in Feb 2004. It was certainly a surprise when the limo did not go to T1. Luckily, they had changed the road signs at the airport, so I was able to verify that the driver knew what he was doing.
