We'd love to know the answer to that question. Most of the time, however, we report news based on what's available in the press, or even on Virgin's website. If you read various aviation publications on a regular basis you will likely hear of the airline's interest in a new route before the general public -- for example, when proposed routes are filed with the various agencies for approval.

What question? [?]

I do wish people wouldn't edit posts when they know it'll make the entire thread unreadable... [n]

Au contraire ... i think this should be kept as a handy reminder for exactly the reasons Paul stated! :) Might make it onto our 'best posts' list for 2006 :)

Thanks,

As the OP has deleted their original question, I'll lock this topic as there is no value to be added by keeping it open.

Cheers
