VS and car hire

Back in may I booked 7 MPM flights to MCO. The nice lady also offered to arrange car hire:D As I had got such a good price on the flights I thought it only fair.
I'm flying on Sunday and as of this morning I have no vouchers [?]

We have been calling for the last 2 weeks and I have been told on 3 occasions that the vouchers would be with me the next day - they were not.

Yesterday I was told I would be able to collect them at the airport - as I'm herding 3 Grandparents and 2 kids through LGW this is close to the last thing I need.

I will not be booking cars via VS again.

At least I have been able to compare the differnce btw the Premier team and the normal VS service - [:$]

Is it too late to cancel the VS car hire and book a cheaper deal elsewhere?

Sorry to learn of the problems with the car hire. Since the situation has not been resolved to your satisfaction please don't hesitate to contact a supervisor at customer service. Along with our other members I would appreciate knowing how this is resolved.
