Personally, I like talking to the nice people at the Flying Club. And now, we have no incentive not to. [8D]

That's a shame, I am happy to talk to the UK staff but I often need to make arrangements when I am in the US and that can be painful.

It also means that booking via phone does not have a disadvantage as it did before, it always seemed stupid that I could not get the fare I wanted via the web site, say S class, but when I called and got it I lost the online bookign bonus.
