Its not on the list of participating hotels on the VH website. Have you booked your flights through VS or VH?

Thanks for your quick response. We booked the flights through VS direct? Is this good/bad?

Thanks,

The only reason i ask is that if you had booked through VH you could have asked them nicely if they could come to Sandy Lane. I stayed at the Turtle Beach when i was last in BGI, i didnt use the Check-in, Chill Out service but i saw them coming around. Its the same people that go from hotel to hotel, so theoretically you would be enroute, even if Sandy Lane isnt a scheduled stop.

If its not on the list i dont think the hotel is covered, but you could always call Flying Club to see if they can advise further?

Tom when we stayed at Colony Club the check-in chill out service was not available from there but were told by the Virgin rep. that we could go down to Crystal Cove and they would take our bags from there - we were travelling with VH.

This would have been at our own expense though.

HI Tom -Last time at Barbados stayed at The Crane (VS not VH) -spoke to VS before I left and told Check in Chill Out only available to VH or if there were more than ( I think) ten passengers involved (there were only three of us). This was confirmed by the concierge at The Crane.Have used the service before and it was fine, but to be honest if you're travelling UC (or even PE)checking in isn't too bad now at BGI now that most of the building work is almost done.
