Help with email address

I recently emailed Virgin and they replied stating that I needed to make contact using a different email address but every time I do it comes back as no such address....any ideas [:?] the email address provided to me is [email protected]

What area of VS are you trying to reach?

The generic Customer Services email is: [email protected] but there are other addresses for other areas, if you give us a bit more info on what your query is related to we may be able to help further

Hi Trevor

Id start with the above customer services email address in that case, although you may have more luck by calling Flying Club and speaking to them in person.

As a side, are you sure the flights your friends booked are qualifying fares? If not, they wont earn you miles in the MMF scheme. I got caught out with this once, so its worth checking their fare basis, just to be on the safe side.

Qualifying fares for MMF are, and I quote:

Economy (Y, B, L and M classes on all routes)
Premium Economy (W, K, H and S classes)
Upper Class (J, D and Z classes)
