V-Flyer

Hi, myself and a friend are flying into San Francisco on VS019 arriving at 14:05 on Saturday 25th Feb. We are heading down to ski at Heavenly, staying at the Horizon Casino resort, returning from Tahoe to SF on Saturday 4th March to catch the VS020 flight departing at 16:45.

Having done the same last year I noticed so many people hiring cars, driving to Tahoe, parking up until the end of the holiday, then driving back. Everyone heading in the same direction in half empty cars.

My question is, would any one on these flights be willing to share a hire car and the cost?

Whilst I think it is quite a good idea, Nigel - I think the limited number of people your offer will be exposed to on this site will make takers unlikely.

also check http://www.craigslist.org, they have a rideshare posting board,you may have some luck.
